We encourage each student to arrive on time for each class. Refunds or discounts in tuition will not be given for missed classes. If a class is missed due to an emergency or illness, please see the instructor for a make up class. In order to ensure that each student receives full benefit from working with their class members and instructors on routines and technique, we ask that all students make every effort to attend each class. ALL TUITIONS & FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. FULL TUITION IS DUE WITHOUT DEDUCTION FOR THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS: 2012-2013 Studio Closed For Holiday Memorial Day Weekend May 26-28 July 4, 2012 Independence Day September 3 Labor Day November 22-24 Thanksgiving Holiday December 23- January 2 Winter Holiday March 11-15, 2013 Spring Break Week SOME MONTHS HAVE FIVE LESSONS AND MAKE UP FOR HOLIDAYS! (Spring Recital May 2013.. Date To Be Determined) Last Day of Dance Class- May 31th Class Observation Our dance classes are small to provide more individual attention to each of our students. Parents may observe class using viewing windows only. Parents and students, if you arrive early for your class, we ask that you wait in the lobby or break area quietly until your instructor is ready for you to enter the class. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and courtesy. Student Drop Off and Pick Up For the safety and security interest of all students, we ask that if you drop your child off for class, you please come into the studio to pick them up. Once students come in for class, they will not be allowed to go out to the restaurants in the vicinity unless accompanied by their parents. We ask that parents pick up their children promptly after class. All students waiting after class will be asked to remain in the studio until their rides arrive. Class Withdrawal Student registration is a commitment we encourage for the entire year. We will work with each student individually and as a group during this time to enhance dance skills and develop techniques that will hopefully be used in your child’s future. We ask that you allow your child an adequate amount of time to assess their progress prior to withdrawing them from class. We will make every effort to keep their interest in dance. However, please keep in mind that all children are different and will progress at their own pace. Any students who wishes to withdraw from a class or classes must complete a dated communication form that must be received by the office at least two weeks prior to discontinue in classes. If you paid for the month you are withdrawing from, you may finish that months of classes. No partial refunds will be given. Please see the Program Manager if you have any questions or concerns with any aspects of the dance instruction, instructors, or program. We want to ensure that our service to our students is exemplary. If suggestions for improvement are made, we will definitely consider them to maintain our customer loyalty. Insurance Cynergy Dance Company does not carry medical insurance for its students. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family’s medical insurance policy. If injury occurs it is understood that the student’s own policy is the only source of reimbursement. All students, parents and/or legal guardians will be required to complete a registration form which includes a hold harmless and release of liability statement. Private Lessons Private Lessons are available at an extra charge. Private lesson fees will include instructor fee, studio rental fee and choreography. For information regarding rates, please contact studio. Recital Fees $35 Per Student $55 Per Family (If more than one sibling per family performing in recital). Costumes Fees $135 per student. An additional $75 will be added to fees for each additional class taken that will be participating in recital. (Each student will perform in at least two dance routines per class). Costumes will be special ordered. Measurements will be taken at the time that fees are paid. All Recital Costume Fees must be paid by November 30, 2010. Refunds will not be given once first payment is made. Recital Fee and Costume No Refund Policy Refunds will not be given if student withdraws from class prior to recital date and/or once order is placed. Tuition Rates Fall/Spring Tuition Rates will be based on the number of class hours taken each week. All students enrolling in the Fall/Spring sessions will be subject to tuition rates listed in the Tuition Fee Schedule and a Registration Fee of $25. Payments options below may be selected at time of registration only. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed for tuition received after the 5th day of each month. Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month. A $25 late fee will be assessed if payment received after the 5th. Monthly tuition payments will be the same each month. Partial payments will not be accepted. Monthly tuition can be secured with a Mastercard or Visa for the semester enrolled. If the tuition payment is not received by the 1st day of class each month with check, cash, mastercard or visa, Cynergy Dance will automatically add a late payment fee to the tuition amount due each month. If payment is not received by the 15th day of the month, students will not be allowed to attend the class. Return Check Fees A $35 return check fee will be charged for all returned checks. The return fee will be requested along with the tuition payment amount due. No exceptions! Monthly Automatic Payment Plan Enrollments will be discounted $5 off the monthly tuition (Sep-Dec, Jan-May, June-Aug) on the terms that Cynergy Dance Studio will process the automatic payment on the 1st day of each month. A credit card using a mastercard or visa debit card may be used for the payment to be deducted. Payments that are rejected or returned due to insufficient funds will charged a $30 return fee when the payment amount is posted. Enrolling in the automatic payment plan will ensure timely payment is received and no additional late fees will be assessed. If under 18 yrs of age, parent or guardian must complete consent form prior to taking first class. No refunds are given for missed classes! $10 family discount given on combined tuition payments received from two or more immediate family members (must be siblings or parents). Class schedule(s) are subject to change based on class demand. Studio owner will make decision to close any class at any time based on class demand. Registration Fee $25.00 per student. Fee is due at time of registration to secure spot in class. Students will pay registration fee once per year. Registration fee is non-refundable. Class Cancellation A 30 day written notice of class cancellation must be provided to studio owner to prevent additional charges to card. Refunds will not be given for missed classes. Students will be allowed to make up class times in another opened/scheduled dance class provided during same week of missed class. |
